We ship worldwide from our company located in Poland. In case of the territory of European Union, packages are supplied by DPD or UPS. Our export shipments are delivered via UPS.

An order’s processing time is 2-7 business days from the moment we acknowledge a payment. The delivery time depends on the final destination and takes approximately 2-7 business days.

Orders for customized or gold-plated products are processed up to 8 weeks.

Goods shipped outside of the EU might be delayed due to the customs clearing process. Duty fees are not included in the price. We recommend verifying such potential costs on your own before making a purchase.

IMPORTANT

Please always check the shipment content in the presence of the courier as you receive it. If there are any broken or missing items, please make an official claim by recording a damage report with the courier and kindly deliver the documents to us within 14 days. Claim reference (damage report) is necessary to deal with an insurer. Without such a report, the claim may not be accepted.

In case you notice any fault or damage of the product - please report it immediately and be advised not to use the product, as it may also cause claim rejection.
