WOOKAH products are made of natural materials and need a special treatment. Clean your wooden hookah after each use according to the guidelines below.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • HEAT

Keep your WOOKAH out of sunrays and do not place it near heating units or vents. This will protect the wood from fading and help avoid potential cracking.

  • WATER

Do not rinse the wooden parts of your WOOKAH under running water. Neither leave them on wet surfaces. Wood can absorb water when exposed, despite protection.

  • FRAGILITY

Do not use extremely hot and cold water and avoid rapid changes of water temperature. Our vases (crystal/lead-free crystal/glass) are products of a glass manufacturing process. Its warranty is limited.

  • PROTECTION

Wood is fully secured from the outside with a lacquer. However, strongly colored liquids such as coffee, tea, red wine or molasses should be wiped up immediately.

IMPORTANT

- Wooden parts need to be stored in a shaded place in room temperature.

- Do not submerge wooden parts of your WOOKAH in the water and do not leave it on a wet surface.

- Do not to use any strong cleaning agents.

- Do not clean WOOKAH using invasive mechanical methods such as a dishwasher.

- The mouthpiece is not a dismountable piece and should not be dismantled.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Dismantle the body from the vase. Remove the bowl port and the ashtray. Take off the valve from the adapter and remove grommets.

  • WOODEN PARTS

- Rinse the inner tube of the body or the mouthpiece with room temperature water through a funnel. Clean with a plastic brush from the inside.

- Rinse gently the wooden vase with room temperature water from the inside.

- Clean the wooden parts with a damp cloth from the outside.

- Wipe with a soft microfibre cloth and leave to dry completely.

  • CRYSTAL/LEAD-FREE CRYSTAL GLASS/GLASS

- Rinse it with room temperature water from the inside.

- Clean it with a damp cloth from the outside.

- Wipe the vase with a soft microfibre cloth and leave it to dry completely.

  • LEATHER

- Rinse it gently with room temperature water poured through a funnel.

- Make sure that water has no contact with natural leather.

- Leave it to dry completely.

  • STAINLESS STEEL

- Clean stainless steel elements under room temperature running water.

- Dry with a soft, microfibre cloth.

  • HEAD BOWL

- Rinse it with room temperature water and clean with a soft sponge.

  • OTHER

- Clean grommets with running water after each use and dry them gently with paper.
