The uniqueness of our wooden hookahs derives from the fact that they are almost completely handmade. Furthermore, a mix of craftsmanship and natural materials guarantees that each WOOKAH is unrepeatable and you will never find two the same. 

Nevertheless, to ensure high standards, each of our products undergoes strict multi-level quality control.  

Accessories such as leather hose, wooden mouthpiece and Funnel Flow are additional accessories and must be purchased separately. You can find them on our website in the “Accessories” section.

Please note that all of our products are sold with certificates and unique serial numbers. If you want to check if your product is original - please send us the picture of your WOOKAH along with the serial number via e-mail at contact@wookah.com. We will be glad to verify it for you.

Our offer includes: Mastercut clear vases, colored Mastercut vases, Smooth vases and Heavy Crystal vases. 

Each Mastercut vase is made of heavy duty lead-free crystal glass that has been handmade from the blowing process to the cutting of the designs.

Crystal vases, on the other hand, are made of crystal and consequently are much heavier than Mastercut vases. When the crystal is bathed in the glow of light or sunshine, it shimmers in all colors of the rainbow giving a breathtaking experience.

The distinctness of the Smooth vase derives from the fact that its surface is completely smooth and lacks cuts.

Gently move the hose connector/valve sideways and pull until it is released. Do not use strength.

The ball is made of polypropylene - a light material, that allows to seal and purge WOOKAH smoothly. In all big WOOKAHs its diameter is 12mm. 

No, the leather hose does not come with a hose connector. Nonetheless, it is already included in WOOKAH body.

A silicone grommet - an O-ring - is still placed in the body’s joint, connecting it with a vase and under the bowl adapter. Also, there is a silicone grommet needed for the bowl adapter to mount the head bowl. There are no grommets in the adapters.

WOOKAH products have been designed in a way that allows you to match it with most accessories present on the shisha market.

It is not possible to pick up the parcel in person. We sell our products online, as we do not have a stationary shop at the moment.

Duty fees apply only to countries from outside of the European Union and are not included in the total amount of your purchase. We recommend verifying the fees on your own before placing an order. When you purchase WOOKAH inside the EU territory, there are no duty fees.

Order processing time is up to 7 business days after which your order is shipped. We do our best to ship your WOOKAH products as soon as possible. Then it takes approximately 2 -7 business days for the delivery within the European Union. Goods shipped outside of the EU might be delayed and the shipment time may be longer due to the custom clearing process.

Note: processing time of customized or gold-plated products may extend up to 8 weeks.

We have introduced the following technical solutions to our products:

Quick lock system - it enables quick and convenient mounting the WOOKAH body to the WOOKAH vase. With just one short movement you can find the perfect match of the two elements.

Ground joint connection - its main feature is to make valves and hose connectors match to the adapters easily without grommets. The pieces can be securely mounted without using additional seals. The construction of the adapters, hose connectors and valves has been changed.

Serial number - new version of WOOKAH have a unique serial number, which allows to identify each product easily. Serial numbers are placed on the inside of the body and on the stainless steel ring.

Diffuser - the extension of the current downstem. If you remove the diffuser, the downstem will have the same length as the previous generation (without the diffuser) . Using a diffuser will force you to pour less water into the vase.

Quick Lock System (QLS) is a technical solution, which enables quick and convenient mounting of WOOKAH body to WOOKAH vase. With just a short movement you can match the two elements.

Ground Joint Connection (GJC) is a grommetless connection which allows joining valves and hose connectors with the adapters easily without grommets. The pieces can be securely mounted without using additional seals.

Every big WOOKAH is now available with a downstem with a demountable diffuser. The downstem is an integral part of each WOOKAH Body.

The diffuser is a removable part. You can remove the diffuser at any time and then your WOOKAH will be exactly the same as in the previous generation.

The diffuser extends the current downstem. If you remove the diffuser, the downstem will have the same length as the previous generation (without the diffuser). However, using a diffuser will force you to pour less water into the vase. The downstems with a diffuser will be compatible with any WOOKAH of a big size.

It is a personal preference, yet we generally recommend that the downstem is submerged in water for about 2 cm. The two centimeter rule also applies to the WOOKAH Mini Vase.

Below you may check how much water should be poured for different versions of our vases and downstems:

1) downstem with a diffuser:

- wooden vases use about 0,8l of water,

- other vases (Mastercut, Crystal, Smooth) use about 1,2l of water.

2) downstem without a diffuser:

- wooden vases use about 1,3l of water,

- other vases (Mastercut, Crystal, Smooth) use about 1,45l of water.

There is such a possibility in all our WOOKAH models. To do this, you will need to equip your hookah with two leather hoses, two hose connectors (each WOOKAH set includes one hose connector), two mouthpieces and one Funnel Flow. Once you have all the accessories, please remove the valve and attach the leather hoses with connectors to the adapters. When one person smokes, the second one needs to put a finger on a mouthpiece to maintain proper air flow in WOOKAH.

WOOKAH products are made of natural materials and need a special treatment. 

1. Keep your WOOKAH out of sunrays and do not place it near heating units or vents. This will protect the wood from fading and help to avoid potential cracking.

2. Do not rinse the wooden parts of your WOOKAH under running water. Also do not leave them on wet surfaces. Wood can absorb water when exposed, despite protection.

3. Do not use extremely hot and cold water and avoid rapid changes of water temperature. Our vases (crystal/lead-free crystal/glass) are products of a glass manufacturing process. Its warranty is limited.

4. Wood is fully secured from the external factors with a lacquer. However, strongly colored liquids such as coffee, tea, red wine or molasses should be wiped up immediately.

The previous version of WOOKAH is equipped with a thread in the vase. If there is a thread in the model you have, it is the previous version of WOOKAH. On the other hand, the new version of WOOKAH characterizes with no standard thread but a quick lock system instead, where the body joins with the vase with just one short movement. If you have this solution in your model and hose connector and valves match to the adapters easily without grommets you have the new version of WOOKAH.

WOOKAH with QLS: there is no thread, but it has serial numbers.

WOOKAH with T&G: there is a thread, yet no serial numbers.

The previous version of WOOKAH is equipped with a thread in the vase. If there is a thread in the model you have, it is the previous version of WOOKAH. On the other hand, the new version of WOOKAH characterizes with no standard thread but a quick lock system instead, where the body joins with the vase with just one short movement. If you have this solution in your model and hose connector and valves match to the adapters easily without grommets you have the new version of WOOKAH.

Please bear in mind that valves and hose connectors with Ground Joint Connection will not match the WOOKAH T&G.

No, the previous version of the body and vase will not match to WOOKAH with Quick Lock System.

We highly recommend using spare parts from new edition only with the newest WOOKAH series and conversely, parts for previous version only for WOOKAHs with T&G system.
